Annual Return Filing is a crucial compliance requirement for companies and other entities, ensuring that they submit necessary details about their financial performance, governance structure, and other relevant business activities to regulatory authorities, such as the Registrar of Companies (RoC) in India, or similar bodies in other jurisdictions. The annual return is primarily filed with the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
